Better not, tends to get you even sleepier.
And i wouldn't wake up in 2 hrs, so i know i shouldn't go to bed when i have two hours of sleep ahead of me.

Contrary to popular belief, the human body doesn't need 8 hours of sleep.
In actuality... 3 hours is really all you need... but even then... an hour will do, or two, or 15 minutes...
all sleep does is offer your brain a chance to process the dealings of the day basically...
when you're real tired, you enter dream state almost immediately, instead of the usual 90+ minutes it normally takes to enter the REM stages of sleep.
so... 2 hours of sleep is all you need man!
Why do people just stay up? I'd sleep my 2 hours, and wake up refreshed.

there are days where i'm refreshed with only 3-4 hours of sleep, but i don't like 2 hours sleep, i end up being even more tired than before.
I like my sleep, even though there's so much to do.

Unless it's during the holidays.
And i don't think that online is the right place for such a contest, it ought to be some sort of .. i dunno.. sleepless sleepover.
And there should be a pool
